During our recent family vacation to Occidental, we were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that the hotel offered. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The family-friendly amenities and activities provided were top-notch, ensuring that both adults and children had a fantastic time throughout our stay.As a culinary tour guide, I pay close attention to the quality of food and dining options available at hotels. Occidental did not disappoint in this regard, offering a diverse range of delicious meals that catered to all tastes, including traditional Mexican dishes that truly highlighted the richness of local cuisine.One personal anecdote that stood out to us was the attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable stay for families. Despite some minor issues with old bed sheets that had holes in them, the staff quickly addressed the issue and provided us with fresh linens, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction.
